(Oral) Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that FIR in question i.e. FIR No.0027 dated 11.03.2022 registered at Police Station D-Division, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, under Sections 323/324/34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on), stands quashed by this Court on the basis of compromise vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in CRM-M-54970-2023 titled 'Harsimran Singh @ Kinnu Vs. State of Punjab & another'. A copy of the said order has been furnished by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record.
