*** H.S. Grewal, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.59 dated 20.03.2018 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Division No.5, District Jalandhar.
