  The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.59 dated 20.03.2018 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Division No.5, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that the petitioner in the present case, has been convicted which has rendered the present petition infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
