(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.426 dated 26th of July, 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, (Sections 201 and 120-B IPC added later on) at Police Station City Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, Haryana.

The petitioner already stands admitted to regular bail vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed by this Court in CRM-M-23977-2022. The present petition has been filed in the ignorance of the said order. There is no need to pass any further orders.
