(Oral) The instant revision petition has been filed against the order dated 19.07.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide which the application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of Cr.P.C., seeking discharge in case FIR No.3 dated 09.01.2020, registered under Sections 315 and 316 IPC at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur, has been dismissed and for setting-aside the order dated 01.08.2023, vide which charge-sheet has been framed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
