2. Whether the judgment should be reported in the digest? DEEPAK SIBAL, J. (Oral) Vide order dated 14.3.2011, this case was admitted to be heard alongwith LPA No.1192 of 2010. As per office report, till date no process fee has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in spite of requests made by the Registry. The record further reveals that no one had put in appearance on 21.2.2015. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Still further, through order dated 21.4.2014, LPA No.1192 of 2010 was dismissed for non prosecution by a Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
