[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 4, dated 2nd February, 2020 under Sections 323, 324 IPC read with Section 34 IPC (Sections 325 and 326 IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station Airport, District Amritsar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 25th October, 2021.

[3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the injured is not available for getting his statement recorded and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
