***** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.3 dated 07.01.2022, under Section 408 IPC, registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

On 06.10.2022, this Court passed an interim order in favour of the present petitioner directing him to join the investigation, besides, referring the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Today, it has been informed that the matter already stands settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and a settlement/agreement dated 24.11.2022 to this effect under the signatures of the petitioner, complainant as well as learned Mediator already SONIKA 2023.01.17 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-46549-2022 --2-- stands received.

Still further, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jaswinder Singh, submits that in compliance of aforesaid order dated 06.10.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.10.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
