(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to release the detenues mentioned in para No.4 of the petition, who are stated to be in illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5 and also to appoint a warrant officer to search the detenues at the premises of Bhattha Marka K.D., Pappu at Brick Kiln situated at Village Gopalpur, Police Station Dhillon, Tehsil and District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions of the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
