Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.06.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.3, whereby, supply of necessary goods to the Depot of the petitioner has been suspended.
