This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.0153 dated 27.07.2024, registered under Sections 108 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Khanna. 2.

On 16.10.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel representing State has filed status report, which is taken on record. Copy of the same is furnished to learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 seeks three weeks time to file reply to this anticipatory bail petition. He is also claiming one suicide note in his possession which till date has not been prodcued before the investigating agency.

CRM-M No.43084 of 2024 Considering the gravity of offence and the nature of allegations, in case there is any suicide note, that is a material piece of document, the complainant may approach the investigating agency for producing the said suicide note for the purpose of investigation. At request of learned counsel for respondent No.2, adjourned to 27.11.2024 for filing reply.

In the meantime, arrest of petitioners, namely, Kirandeep Kaur and Manpreet Kaur @ Baby is stayed subject to joining of investigation."

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2 and on instructions from SI Davinder Singh, at the very outset, informs the Court that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, order dated 16.10.2024 is hereby made absolute. The petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
