The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 446 dated 26.10.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 307 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59-A of the Arms Act added later on), registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case and finding that this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage and has prayed that despite the challan has been presented on 02.06.2023, no PW has been examined till date. 3.

Learned State counsel has clarified that, in fact, there is no delay in the prosecution, as the charges which were initially framed on PARUL 2024.05.08 09:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

In light of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the trial court is directed to complete the trial expeditiously in accordance with law and shall not adjourn the case without any cogent reason.
