CM No. 271-CI-2016 Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 494 days in filing the appeal.
Notice of the application to the Advocate General, Haryana. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shiwendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and fairly states that he has got no objection in case instant application is allowed.

RFA No. 131 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 5.11.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 4707 of 2014 (Ram Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others), whereby appeals filed by the landowners were dismissed.
In view of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellants, which has gone unrebutted, instant appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 5.11.2015 passed in Ram Singh's case (supra).
Disposed of, accordingly.
