***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a criminal complaint case bearing No.285 of 2017 titled "Charan Kaur Vs. Ajmer Singh and others" registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 148 and 149 of IPC.

Notice of motion was issued on the premise that with regard to the same incident, FIR No.32 dated 14.04.2012 was registered in Police Station Majitha. After investigation, a cancellation report was filed by the police and the same was not accepted by the Court.

CRM-M-40037-2019 (O&M) -2In the meanwhile, a criminal complaint was filed by the complainant in respect of the same incident, wherein the petitioner was ordered to be summoned.

Since custodial interrogation of the petitioner was not required, therefore, vide order dated 19.09.2019 passed in this petition, petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court and in the event of doing so, she was to be released on interim bail on her furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petiitoner states that needful has already been done and the case stands committed to the Court of Sessions where petitioner has been appearing regularly. Earlier, service qua respondent No.2 was not complete but as per office report dated 13.01.2020, fresh notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back served but there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2.

For the reasons recorded herein, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order dated 19.09.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench.

Petition stands disposed of.
