PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time prays for withdrawal of the present petition. However, he submits that the plea w.r.t. presentation of challan without sanction be kept open and he be allowed to raise the same at an appropriate stage. Further submits that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.

Finding the request made to be fair, the present petition is disposed off with liberty as prayed for.

Keeping in view the right of the petitioner to speedy trial the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
