On 14.01.2025 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has since died and he could not contact his legal heirs. He wants to get further instructions in the matter as the present is an injury case.

Let the main appeal itself be listed for hearing on 31.01.2025."

Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been made by the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that he needs some more time to implead the legal representatives of the appellant. 3.

Since till now the legal representatives of the appellant have not been impleaded and counsel for the appellant has been unable to contact them, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
