(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 121, dated 17.08.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bohana, District Mansa, Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. He further states that pursuant to the order dated 07.03.2022, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court on 10.03.2022 and was released on regular bail by the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed certified copy of the order dated 10.03.2022 passed by the trial Court. The same is taken on record.
