*** Amol Rattan Singh, J. (Oral) By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail'. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in Court today orders passed by this Court on 30.09.2019 and 01.11.2019 in CRM-M41908 of 2019, admitting the co-accused of the petitioner to anticipatory bail, on the ground that even the wife of the deceased is stated to have filed an affidavit to the effect that her husband had died due to a drug overdose. That being so, with the allegation against petitioner and the coaccused being the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 304 and 201 of the IPC, without making any comment on the merits of the case, but in view of the above, this petition is allowed.
