Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition as certain documents, in support of the petitioner's case, have remained unattached. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
