Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner has applied for Group D post under the ESM category and seeking rectification of his registration details with regard to which a representation dated 13.08.2024, Annexure P-9, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 13.08.2024, Annexure P-9 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
