Dated Police Station Sections 31.08.2013 Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural) 22 of NDPS Act Seeking issuance of directions to conclude the trial in a time bound manner preferable within six months, in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023. 2.

Through the present petition, petitioner seeks expedition of the trial, however this Court does not want to interfere in docket of the trial Court. 3.

Given above, petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to make such prayer before the trial Court in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
