(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 2.9.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 5228 of 2011 ( Savinder Singh alias Surender Singh and another Vs. State of Haryana and others) , whereby appeals filed by the State of Haryana were dismissed and the appeals filed by the landowners were partly allowed. Learned counsel for the parties jointly pray for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 2.9.2015 passed in Savinder Singh's case (supra).

In view of the above, instant appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 2.9.2015 passed in Savinder Singh's case (supra). Should there be any ambiguity, it is clarified that the landowners, whose land was acquired vide notification dated 19.12.2002 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, ('the Act' for short), AMIT KUMAR 2016.02.26 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

RFA No. 6553 of 2013 (O&M) would be entitled to receive the compensation @ Rs. 612/- per sq. yard and the landowners, whose land was acquired vide notification dated 30.11.2004 under Section 4 of the Act, would be entitled to receive the compensation @ Rs. 768/- per sq. yard. Besides this, the landowners shall also be entitled for all the statutory benefits available to them under the relevant provisions of the Act. Disposed of, accordingly.
