ASHWANI KUMAR MISHRA , J (ORAL) This petition has been filed with the prayer to command the respondents to decide the petitioner's application dated 14.05.2025 in a time bound manner, in view of the fact that e-ravaana portal of the petitioner has remained suspended since November, 2023 leading to financial losses to the petitioner.

The matter has otherwise been remanded by the Appellate Authority to respondent No.2-Director General, Mines and Geology Department vide order dated 07.04.2025. It is submitted that despite expiry of stipulated time, no decision has been taken in this regard.

CWP No.20943-2025 Learned State counsel, on the previous occasion, was granted time to seek instructions. Today, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State submits that an appropriate decision shall be taken in the matter within a period of four weeks from today.

In the wake of stand so taken by the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's pending application within a period of four weeks from today. Needless to say that anything observed hereinabove shall not be construed to be an opinion on the merits of the case.
