Through this writ petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned show cause notices dated 18.10.2021 and 08.11.2021.

The petitioners are stated to have constructed a building in the revenue estate of village Kherki Daula, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurugram, in violation of Section 250 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994. 3.

On 06.12.2021, the learned counsel representing the petitioners submitted that before carrying out the demolition, the petitioners are required to be given an appropriate opportunity of being heard by the competent authority. Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, was requested to take complete instructions and assist. 5.

Today, Mr. Sagar, on the instructions from Mr.R.S.Bhatt, DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.12.09 13:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document District Town Planner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar, has stated that the

Civil Writ Petition No. 24726 of 2021 competent authority is prepared to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners before proceeding further. He submits that the petitioners be directed to appear before the competent authority at 10.00 A.M. on 10.12.2021.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid stand, the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
