Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh submits that the representation has already been looked into and the statements of the father, mother and brother of petitioner No. 1 have been duly recorded, wherein, they have categorically stated that they have never threatened the petitioners and there is no threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners.
