*** Pankaj Jain, J (oral).
By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners seek issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners are in a live-in relationship. He further submits that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-3) dated 03.10.2022 to respondent No.2 and at this stage they would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide their representation within any reasonable time.
Notice of motion.
