CRM-M No.44712 of 2023 (O&M) CRM-M No.44712 of 2023 (O&M) Prayer in this 3rd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in cross-case i.e. DDR No.36 dated 01.06.2021 under Sections 307, 379-B, 452, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act registered in FIR No.72 dated 29.05.2021 under Sections 302, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Saddar Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the complainant Mohinderpal; son of complainant namely Sunny Paul and eye-witness namely Major, have not supported the prosecution case and another co-accused namely Jafar Sandhu @ Gulli has been granted the concession of bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur.

He further submits that since the other co-accused have also been granted the concession of bail by the same Court, so in this view of the matter, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court for grant of bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (NAMIT KUMAR) JUDGE 12.08.
