Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

However, at this stage, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that in light of the fact that the petitioner has no subsisting grievance, the findings against respondent No. 4 should not be read against his service record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection, in case, the report of the Warrant Officer against respondent No. 4 is negated qua the allegation against respondent No. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 further submits that the actual reason for the said report was that a little untoward disharmony occurred when the Warrant Officer raided the police station where PARUL 2023.12.12 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
