(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to investigate the matter against the private respondent No. 4 to 9 and take legal action as per law because petitioner and her minor children have been thrown out from her in-laws house on 25.05.2024 after giving beatings and she was admitted in the Civil Hospital Dasuya, for 3 days and MLR No.102/26/5/2024 was conducted but despite giving Complaint No. 2289-SSP dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure P-3) to the respondent No.2 till date no action is taken by the official respondent against private respondents No. 4 to 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R. (Criminal) 392.
