**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action as per the relevant provisions of criminal law against the culprits involved in the incident on the basis of inquiry report dated 11.12.2023 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to avail the alternate remedies in accordance with law.
