***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) CM No. 324 of CI-2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 441 days in filing the appeal.

Notice of the application to the respondents. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Arun Beniwal, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 441 days in filing the appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 441 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437.

RFA No. 145 of 2016 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 9821 of 2014 ( Baru and others Vs. State of Haryana). They jointly pray for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Baru's case (supra). In view of the above common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, present appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by this Court in Baru's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
