(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police which is all out to harm the petitioner by implicating him in one case after another has recently again implicated him in a case registered under NDPS Act wherein he has been taken into custody and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
In view of the aforestated submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
