RFA No. 1492 of 2016 (O&M) clear that the applicant-appellant shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 2341 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437. RFA No. 1492 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 22.1.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 5758 of 2009 (State of Haryana and another Vs. Subh Ram and others).

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. The abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellant could not be denied by the learned counsel for the State, it being a matter of record.

In this view of the matter, present appeal has been found squarely covered by the order dated 22.1.2016 passed in Subh Ram's case (supra).

In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.1.2016 passed in Subh Ram's case. (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
