CM No.4756-C1 of 2016 Applicants seek leave of the court to file an appeal on behalf of the legal representatives of late Siri Chand S/o Molar, on the basis of particulars given in para 2 of the application. After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions.

CM No.4755-C1 of 2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 1622 days in filing the appeal.
Notice of the application for condonation of delay. On the asking of the court, Sh. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 1622 days in filing the appeal is condoned. However, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (1) SCC (Civil) 242, the applicants-appellants shall not be entitled for interest for this period of 1622 days. CM stands disposed of.
CM No.4753-C1 of 2016 in/and RFA No.1493 of 2016 Applicants seek disposal of the appeal in terms of the order dated 31.8.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.1626 of 2011 (Puran Chand Wadhwa (deceased) through LRs Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and another).

On the asking of the court, Sh. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, this court is of the view that the present appeal is covered by the order dated 31.8.2015 passed by this court in Puran Chand Wadhawa's case (supra).
In view of the above, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.8.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.1626 of 2011 (Puran Chand Wadhwa (deceased) through LRs Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and another).
Disposed of, accordingly.
