The petitioner, by way of filing the instant petition assails order dated 18.11.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana (Annexure P-5), whereby the petitioner had been directed to furnish his voice sample in respect of FIR No.160, dated 7.12.2020, Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana, under Sections 307, 427 and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act.
