Learned State counsel submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the reply submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice was found to be satisfactory and the same stands filed. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the retiral benefits have not been released on account of the pendency of the aforesaid show cause notice and prays that the same be released within a time bound manner. In response thereto, learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Ajay Minhas, Clerk, DEO (SE) Hoshiarpur, states that the pension case has already been prepared and it shall be done within a period of 3 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Disposed of accordingly.
