The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to comply with the demolition order dated 28.07.2023 (Annexure P-5) and the sealing notice dated 03.08.2023 (Annexure P-6). A further prayer has been made for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the representation dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-10) given by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions may be issued to respondent No.3 (Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation) to decide the representation dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-10). 3.
