*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by the revisional authority on 16.10.2017, the petitioner made representation (Annexure P-7) to the respondent-authorities on 27.01.2018 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to decide the pending representation.

Without saying anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation dated 27.01.2018 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the presence of the petitioner is required, he be given an opportunity of hearing.
