In view of averments mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and a copy of the settlement agreement dated 25.10.2024 is taken on record as Annexure P-11. CRM-M-45015-2023 (O&M) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 53 dated 23.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women Police Station Assand, District Karnal and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter stands settled between the parties in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide Settlement Agreement dated 25.10.2024 (Annexure P-11).

At this stage, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek quashing of the present FIR No. 53 dated 23.07.2022 (Annexure P1) on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties. Permitted to do so.
