(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 27.06.2019 under Sections 363, 366, 376, 342, 506 IPC and Section 4 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satwant Singh, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, the petitioner has been acquitted during trial.
