(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the private respondents and register an FIR under appropriate provision of law against respondent No.6 who had tried to commit rape upon the petitioner and respondents No. 6 to 9 had given injuries and threats to life and property of the petitioner and her family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R. (Criminal) 392.
