(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.66 dated 29.5.2019, registered under Sections 323/324/307/427/148/ 149 IPC at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 19.9.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation and he also submitted that the petitioner has not attributed any injury under Section 307 IPC.

CRM-M-40072-2019 -2Counsel for the complainant has submitted that some of the accused are yet to be arrested.

In reply, learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer has submitted that against 04 co-accused warrants of arrest have been issued and proceedings are going on to declare them proclaimed offender.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and order dated 19.9.2019 passed by this Court, is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
