ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 03.03.2022 vide which the writ petition was disposed of by this Court with a direction to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision.

Admittedly, the Director Sports on 24.04.2022, has passed a speaking order.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the said order is not passed granting adequate relief. Compliance affidavit by way of affidavit of the Director, Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana, Panchkula is on record, in which it is stated that the first COCP No.760 of 2022 was disposed of by this Court, noticing the fact that needful has already been done.

Counsel for the State submits that on 25.04.2022, a speaking order was passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Dismissed.
