(Oral) The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 03.04.2018 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, whereby the petition filed by the appellant under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage, has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant-Amit has expired. In view of this, the present appeal has become infructuous.
