NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 28.04.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2 whereby concession of parole has been denied to the petitioner. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondent - State to grant the benefit of parole to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
