Statement of petitioner No. 1 Sher Singh son of Ramdass, resident of House No. 342, Jalni Solan, Himachal Pradesh has been produced. As per the same it has been stated as follows :- "Stated that I am resident of the above said address and do agriculture. I had come to Chandigarh in connection with my work about 8 months ago, where I had met with Muskan wife of Amandeep Singh resident of village Taharpur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, who told me that her husband was beating her too much and used to turn her out of the house after quarreling with her. Due to which I had asked to Muskan in sympathetic manner that if she will need my help then tell me. Now about one month ago, Muskan told me that her husband and his family members harass her to great extent, due to which PARVINDER SINGH 2023.10.13 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CRWP No. 8820 of 2023 (O&M) 2023:PHHC:131141 she is very distressed from her life and she will end her life game by committing suicide. Due to which I had explained and console Muskan that she can live with me. Due to which Muskan after leaving her in laws family had come to me. Then we lived in village Mataur for few days. Now I and Muskan are living in live-in relation at House No.342, Jalni Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Muskan has apprehension to her life and property from the hands of her parental and in-laws house. Due to which we had filed CRWP 8820 of 2023 in the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh for our security. Statement has been got recorded to you, which heard and it is correct."

In view of above statement, nothing remains at the hands of this Court to adjudicate.
