2. Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner was appointed as Medical Officer on regular basis on 07.03.2009 and completed his graduation in the year, 2018, has not been paid annual increments since the month of July, 2019 onwards, while he has been working on the same post in the respondentDepartment, at present posted in Civil Hospital, Bahadurgarh. In this regard, a representation dated 15.02.2024, Annexure P-4, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 15.02.2024 within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon !!"!# 4 /"
