The petitioner, while seeking issuance of the writ of certiorari, prays for quashing of the charge sheet dated 07.07.2022. 2.

The learned State counsel has submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the proceedings of the departmental inquiry have been completed and the order punishing the petitioner has been passed. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid developments, the petitioner, if so advised, may avail the remedy against the order dated 04.05.2023. 4.

With the observations made above, the present writ petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
