This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in CWP-6748-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that a letters patent appeal being LPA-3218-2025 has been filed in which notice of motion has been issued and operation of the order dated 21.04.2025 has been stayed. 3.

In view thereof, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
