-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.9 dated 1.2.2019 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 427, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 25/27 of Arms Act) at Police Station Fatehgarh Churrian, District Gurdaspur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and further now the dispute GAURAV SOROT 2023.03.01 11:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-47404-2022 has been resolved between the parties and a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise having CRM-M-32278-2019 is already filed, which is already fixed for today.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and recovery of weapon used is effected from the petitioner and now the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 17.10.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
