(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to provide adequate/requisite medical treatment to the petitioner, who is confined in case FIR No. 73 dated 26.05.2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 452, 427 and 302 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Bass, District Hisar, as he has been advised to undergo heart surgery by the concerned doctor of Maharaja Agrasen Medical College and Hospital, Agroha, Hisar on 04.05.2019.

Heard.

Considering averments in the reply filed by learned State counsel on the previous date i.e. on 25.02.2020, mentioning therein that petitioner is getting proper treatment, the instant petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
